Toby joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in August 2017. For over 25 years, Toby has specialised in working with and advising growing entrepreneurial, family and PE backed companies, International groups, and UK subsidiaries of International parents. He has worked with clients in a diverse range of industries but has specific sector expertise in hotels, leisure and gaming, manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, and the service industry sectors.
Toby is a responsible individual for audit purposes, and has built up a reputation for providing clients with pragmatic advise not only on financial reporting matters but also on strategic business planning matters including raising finance, growth through acquisition, exit planning and business restructuring.

Chris joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in July 2015 following the merger with Birmingham based MHA Bloomer Heaven. Chris was made a partner at MHA Bloomer Heaven in 2006 and works with owner managed businesses, family owned companies and international groups. Chris deals with a diverse portfolio of clients covering a range of sectors and in particular manufacturing companies and barristers. The firm are patrons of Made in the Midlands, an association of manufacturing and engineering companies, and Chris has been instrumental in developing this over recent years. Chris is a responsible individual for audit purposes and works closely with his clients to ensure they get the best advice.

Atul is the firm's National Sector Head for Manufacturing and Engineering and a member of the firm’s Management Board. Atul advises a variety of corporate clients in London and the home counties, with a focus on the manufacturing, life sciences and construction sectors.
Having been with the firm since 1998, he offers his clients sound forward thinking advice, particularly in relation to strategic planning, tax mitigation and group structures. Atul’s strength is to help clients with their challenges and provide innovative, joined-up solutions that help them succeed. Duncan is a specialist Audit and Assurance partner, and the managing partner for Kent region. He is also Head of Healthcare for the firm. He joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2014 as part of the firm’s regional and sector growth strategy. He was previously a Director at EY, with more than 15 years with both EY and PwC in London, where he worked with clients ranging from international listed groups to national and local owner-managed enterprises. This period included a 3 year secondment to PwC’s Business Restructuring group, working on substantial (often cross-border) financial and operational restructurings such as the NHS’s National Implementation Team. Before training as an accountant, he was an officer in the British Army.
Duncan works closely with his clients in understanding their objectives and operations. He brings together specialist teams to focus the experience and expertise of the wider firm to help businesses and their owners achieve their aims throughout the corporate lifecycle; from inception, through growth, and where appropriate to exit by succession, IPO or sale. As Head of Healthcare, he works in three main tiers: Primary care, Secondary care, and Private care involving sectors such as private hospitals, day care, and occupational health. Outside of work, his personal commitment in a voluntary capacity extends over 20 years in a variety of roles, and currently he is a special advisor to the UK Vasculitis Trust, and a director and chair of the Audit Committee of the Valley Invicta Academies Trust.Get in touch with Duncan Cochrane-Dyet
