Neil is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 25 years experience. Starting his career at a local medium sized practice, Neil moved to Edinburgh to join a big 4 international practice where he qualified. Spending time in the private client department, he gained experience in tax planning for high net worth individuals and their associated businesses.
Moving back to the Midlands, Neil then spent 3 years specialising in VAT before moving to London to work for a top 20 firm of accountants. Advising on all areas of tax, in particular corporate, international and financial products, Neil now focuses on bringing a wealth of city and big 4 experience to the firm’s clients.

Robin is a Chartered Accountant and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Special Adviser and Head of Capital Markets in July 2021.
Robin has had an extensive career in corporate finance, including corporate advisory and reporting assignments on public markets, raising capital, management buyouts, capital reconstructions, and investor-ready planning for companies operating in a wide range of sectors. He has also advised on numerous acquisitions and disposals by public and private companies as well as IPOs and secondary offerings in the UK and overseas. He has specific experience in advising emerging international companies, particularly those operating in Asia Pacific. Robin retains a strong international connection with clients, fellow professionals, regulators and business introducers and regularly speaks on corporate finance and capital markets issues to international business audiences.
Formerly Robin was a corporate finance partner, Head of Capital Markets and then a Senior Adviser to Crowe UK LLP, having previously held senior corporate finance and audit partner positions with Mazars LLP and MRI Moores Rowland LLP. Liz joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020. Liz has a wide ranging portfolio of clients and enjoys advising on a variety of matters affecting businesses.
She is a fully qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience and an impressive range of specialisms extending from property to technology sectors. She supports businesses that operate on a local, national and international scale, including working with overseas companies to establish subsidiaries here in the UK. As well as working with commercial clients, she is a member of the Not for Profit team and works with many charitable organisations.
Liz also holds several positions within the Milton Keynes community. She is a Director of Biztech Technology Forum. She is also a member of the MK Business Council and she provides financial guidance to the board of Destination MK. Taffy joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson London office as an Audit Director in the Technical team.
Taffy is a Fellow member of the ACCA and has more than 18 years working experience in providing audit and assurance services to clients in a broad range of sectors including banking, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and mining & exploration. He has significant experience leading Group audit engagements for listed entities, large international groups, and other medium sized corporates while working in top 6 firms in the UK, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
