VAT Assistant Manager

Rebecca is ACCA qualified and joined the firm in 2019, specialising in the Tour Operators’ Margin Scheme for VAT. She previously worked for eight years at a regional firm of accountants where she worked closely with a portfolio of clients in various industries assisting with all aspects of running and managing their accounts functions, software requirements and providing bespoke management reports.

Rebecca is now using her accountancy and software experience to advise clients on how TOMS impacts their accounting, their margins and their businesses.

Rajeev Shaunak

Head of Consumer, Partner

Rajeev has over 20 years experience working with a varied portfolio of clients especially in the healthcare and consumer sectors. He is the national sector head for the Consumer Sector, covering Travel & Tourism, Leisure & Hospitality and Retail. In addition to audit, accounting and tax issues, Rajeev has considerable experience in giving general business advice including advising on AIM flotations, systems reviews, preparing specialist reports and advising on regulatory compliance.

He is a member of the firm’s Business Strategy Group and enjoys advising on a variety of matters affecting businesses, from audit and accounting issues to budgeting and strategic planning and puts an emphasis on planning for growth and profitability.

Audit Manager

Hannah joined the MHA MacIntyre Hudson London office as an audit manager at the start of 2020, and currently manages a portfolio ranging from small owner managed businesses to international groups.

Hannah graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2014 with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance. She is ACA qualified with more than 6 years’ experience of providing audit and assurance services to clients across a variety of sectors, including retail and consumer, travel and tourism and the pharmaceutical industry.

Hannah maintains a friendly and approachable working style and strives to provide a high level of service to all of her clients.

Rob Dando

Corporate Finance Partner and Transaction Services Leader

Rob joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance in April 2020 to lead the Transaction Services team. Rob has over 15 years’ transaction consultancy experience, with considerable knowledge in global markets. He specialises in advising mid-market businesses, corporate clients and financial institutions, in their assessment of acquisitions and divestments, as well as assisting organisations on their journey to initial public offering. Rob’s primary focus is on providing financial due diligence services for M&A transactions.

Rob has extensive deal experience across a variety of industry sectors, deal sizes and on a global basis. He has a particular interest in business services, education, healthcare, technology and transport & logistics sectors.

Rob is a chartered accountant (ACA) and holds the Corporate Finance Qualification (CFQ) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW).
