Yogan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and is a Partner here at MHA MacIntyre Hudson.
Yogan is very much a key part of his clients' teams. As well as having an advisory role he acts as a facilitator, enabling clients to clearly see through the obstacles that face them and find the solutions, rather than the more traditional provision of straightforward business advice. To give you time to answer the big questions, your business must be running smoothly, but for it to run smoothly time must be given to important issues. Yogan works with clients through the planning process and helps to turn ideas into actions.
In addition to advising owner-managed businesses on strategic matters and tax planning, he is fully involved in all aspects of a client's business which includes audit, accounts, tax compliance, recruitment etc.
Yogan has a wide range of clients, particularly in the Technology, Manufacturing and Property sectors, as well as in Fashion and Healthcare. His portfolio includes individual personal high net-worth tax clients, limited companies, limited liability partnerships and unincorporated businesses. He acts for both UK and international clients - notable territories include India, South East Asia, Middle East, USA and Cyprus. Yogan is also involved in fund raising, due diligence and the Reporting Accountant role.
Yogan is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a member of the ICAEW tax faculty and audit and assurance faculty. As one of the senior members of our International team Yogan travels widely meeting the needs of our clients wishing to do business overseas or set-up in the UK. He represents the firm in Middle East and Asia Pacific regions within Baker Tilly International and is responsible for the firm’s India desk.
Yogan also heads up Asia Pacific within MHA MacIntyre Husdon and travels to the Far East regularly and acts for clients from those areas establishing in UK giving them all support from advisory, tax structuring to compliance.

Batanayi is a Partner based in the London office.
Batanayi leads the transfer pricing service line at MHA and has over 18 years of transfer pricing experience in the UK across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including financial services, private equity, funds, manufacturing, media and technology, as well as life sciences and telecommunications.

Neil joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2006 and through hard work and determination quickly progressed to become a Partner in our North London office in April 2013.
Drawing on his experience working within a large, diverse portfolio, Neil advises his clients on all aspects of compliance, with a strong element of proactive and strategic business advice.
He is responsible for reviewing and running the SAR audits for law firm clients and has gained in depth knowledge of how professional practices operate.
Neil is the Head of the firm’s Business Strategy Group and is a member of Mindshop. His focus is in helping businesses develop and guiding them to reach their full potential.
