Mandy is an experienced chartered accountant and business strategist who excels at advising clients to overcome growth and profitability issues. As a founder member of the Firm’s Business Strategy Group, formed in 2001, Mandy has worked with a wide variety of SMEs from a range of sectors over the years. Business owners and management teams have benefitted from her help with developing robust strategic plans that have improved the value of their businesses.
Building on her experience and understanding of the needs of SMEs, Mandy has developed a successful “Understanding Finance” workshop which focusses on delivering personalised one to one or team training sessions to SMEs. These bespoke workshops offer clients a greater understanding of their own accounts and help them both in planning the strategic direction and in making the right commercial decisions for their business. The training is particularly popular with the second generation in family businesses or with new directors who are not fully confident in their ability to review financial information. Mandy believes it is not enough to just write a plan; to succeed it must be lived as well. The support she provides is geared to bridge that implementation gap.

Sunil joined the firm in January 2010 as a graduate trainee. After qualifying in January 2013, he quickly became a general practice portfolio manager. He is an active member of the firm’s Professional Practices sector and Business Strategy Group, providing a strategic planning service, giving innovative advice to individuals and businesses.
Sunil currently works on a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, specialising in audit and accounts. He is a member of Mindshop, helping provide tools, training and support to businesses looking to reach their full potential. He is a specialist in Solicitors Accounts Rules and assisted in developing a new internal work programme and delivers an internal course on the matter. Sunil graduated from University College London, studying Economics and is a member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW).
In his spare time, Sunil is a sports enthusiast. He is a season ticket holder at Saracens RFC, played youth county rugby and cricket at various representative levels, having represented England Under 17s, Middlesex 2XI and is currently a full MCC member.
