Chris has over 27 years of tax experience and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in January 2013 following the merger with HMT Assurance LLP. He joined HMT in 2008 having previously spent nearly 20 years split between PwC and latterly KPMG.
Chris has provided a comprehensive range of advice and expertise for a range of corporate clients, from entrepreneurially owned start ups to large corporate/ multinationals. This includes advising on, for example, mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, inbound/outbound expansion, CFC’s, PE’s, shareholder planning, employee incentivisation, transfer pricing strategy and compliance and profit extraction/repatriation.
As well as extensive transactional tax expertise Chris has developed an intuitive understanding of the interaction of taxes in relation to the ongoing provision of tax advice and works very closely with his clients in order that he can proactively identify issues and opportunities for tax planning which can be aligned with commercial goals and activities.

Patrick is a Tax Partner and Chairman of MHA MacIntyre Hudson's Tax Steering Group as well as our national associations Tax Strategy Group, leading a team of specialists to ensure clients have access to the very best in compliance services and tax mitigation solutions. Patrick's own specialisms are capital tax planning for individuals, corporate restructuring, remuneration planning, profit extraction/repatriation and increasingly, international matters. Batanayi leads the transfer pricing service line at MHA and has over 18 years of transfer pricing experience in the UK across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including financial services, private equity, funds, manufacturing, media and technology, as well as life sciences and telecommunications.

Francis joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Director in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of knowledge and experience of advising clients on a wide range of UK tax matters.
Having graduated from Cambridge University, Francis qualified at a Berkshire based firm before gaining experience at top six accountancy firms. His clients have varied in size from sole traders up to global corporations, with a special interest in corporate transactions and property matters. He uses his knowledge as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser to give his clients clear advice that meets their needs.
