Glyn is a VAT Director based at our Leicester and Birmingham offices. Glyn’s VAT career started with H.M.Customs and Excise in 1989 and he spent seven years in the Department before moving to consultancy.
His specialisms include land & property; the not-for-profit sector, health and agriculture. He is also a part of MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s market leading motor team. He is passionate about making VAT understandable to clients and always aims to seek solutions which work for a business as well as being compliant with the complexities of VAT regulations.

Angela has more than 25 years experience in VAT.
Prior to joining MacIntyre Hudson in March 2008, she spent 10 years as an in-house VAT Specialist at Cable and Wireless Plc, a FTSE 100 company, where she advised on all aspects of VAT affecting the telecoms industry, notably global contracts and associated indirect tax issues, cross-border transactions and billing system implementations. In addition she was responsible for reviewing the group VAT and intrastat returns.

Martin specialises in the Tour Operators’ Margin Scheme for VAT (TOMS). This is the special VAT scheme which saves tour operators from having to register in every Member State where they send clients.
He joined the firm in 2019 and is passing on his TOMS expertise to the VAT team in Kent led by Sue Rathmell.
