David joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2018. Prior to this he had nearly 30 years working in the Big 4, the last 15 of which he was a Partner in two of the Big 4 firms.
David specialises in advising clients in the field of Human Capital – his deep specialism is in the area of global mobility but he has also advised on employment tax issues, global share plan due diligence and human resources strategy. He has led large multinational client relationships as well as advising many non-domiciled private clients in complex tax planning arrangements. He has a broad industry knowledge working with clients in the financial services, automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors. He has both UK and US tax knowledge which is extremely useful when advising US citizens working in the UK or UK nationals leaving to work in the US.
David’s role at MHA MacIntyre Hudson is to grow and develop an already well established Human Capital Advisory offering. He has a passion for developing people to help them achieve their very best. He is still an informal mentor to several of his ex-colleagues.
In his spare time David is a sports fanatic, although advancing years and waistline now limit his playing activities to golf, snooker and darts.
Deb specialises in audit and assurance services to investment businesses and leads the financial services sector nationally for MHA MacIntyre Hudson.
After 30 years’ with a Big Four firm in London where Deb specialised in asset management, she joined Kinetic Partners, a firm providing professional services to the financial services industry, in 2012 as Head of Audit. When Kinetic was acquired by the US valuation firm Duff & Phelps, Deb led the audit team as a standalone small boutique firm (KP Audit) for two years before acquisition by MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2016.
Deb has a wealth of experience providing audit and assurance services to the financial services sector, working with hedge, property and private equity fund managers, and with investment advisors and arrangers. Rajeev has over 15 years experience working with a varied portfolio of clients especially in the healthcare and travel sectors. In addition to audit, accounting and tax issues, Rajeev has considerable experience in giving general business advice including advising on AIM flotations, systems reviews, preparing specialist reports and advising on regulatory compliance.

As a senior member of MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s Legal Services Group, Harmy has considerable experience in dealing with and advising law firms. He is a committee member of the ICAEW’s Solicitors Special Interest Group and has achieved the Law Society's Lexcel Trained Consultant Status. Harmy is also a member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Asian Business Association.
