Bianca heads the firm’s Schools & Academies sector, leading a team of Partners due to her specialist knowledge and expertise developed over 30 years; initially supporting a number of schools in the 1990’s which became Grant Maintained, then moving on to support independent schools as well as schools converting to Academy status and today advising established and growing Multi Academy Trusts, often with complex structures and individual needs. Her diverse portfolio includes many charities, schools, academies, religious organisations and voluntary groups as well as commercial and owner managed businesses.
Bianca holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, which acknowledges expertise and experience in charity accounting and finance at the highest level and is regularly referred to by Partners of the firm to provide guidance on the complex and regulated accounting requirements faced by the Not for Profit sector.

Rob joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance in April 2020 to lead the Transaction Services team. Rob has over 15 years’ transaction consultancy experience, with considerable knowledge in global markets. He specialises in advising mid-market businesses, corporate clients and financial institutions, in their assessment of acquisitions and divestments, as well as assisting organisations on their journey to initial public offering. Rob’s primary focus is on providing financial due diligence services for M&A transactions.
Rob has extensive deal experience across a variety of industry sectors, deal sizes and on a global basis. He has a particular interest in business services, education, healthcare, technology and transport & logistics sectors.

After studying Biology at the University of Bath, Dale joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson on our ACA graduate scheme in 2011, qualified in 2014 and was promoted to Director in April 2019, before joining the partnership in July 2020. Dale has developed an outstanding level of technical accounting and auditing knowledge and has significant experience in a number of key sectors, including manufacturing and professional services.

Alison is a Chartered Tax Adviser who works closely with her clients across the firm to manage the complexities of VAT and to identify VAT savings and opportunities.
As Indirect Tax Partner she has worked with the firm for 15 years and previously worked for Reuters, Deloitte and started her VAT career with HMRC. Alison and her team aim to provide commercial solutions to the issues facing our clients, who are from all types of sectors.
