For over 25 years, Toby has specialised in working with and advising growing entrepreneurial, family and PE backed companies, International groups, and UK subsidiaries of International parents. He has worked with clients in a diverse range of industries but has specific sector expertise in hotels, leisure and gaming, manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, and the service industry sectors.

Neil joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2006 and through hard work and determination quickly progressed to become a Partner in our North London office in April 2013.
Drawing on his experience working within a large, diverse portfolio, Neil advises his clients on all aspects of compliance, with a strong element of proactive and strategic business advice.
He is responsible for reviewing and running the SAR audits for law firm clients and has gained in depth knowledge of how professional practices operate.
Neil is the Head of the firm’s Business Strategy Group and is a member of Mindshop. His focus is in helping businesses develop and guiding them to reach their full potential.

Hayley joined MacIntyre Hudson in 2015 following the merger of her previous firm. She has over 12 years’ experience working with predominately owner-managed businesses, dealing with accountancy and tax.
One of her specialties is in Business Tax Compliance and Advisory, which has developed from the variety of clients she works with.
Additionally, she is part of our Digital Solutions Team and is focused on how technology and, specifically, how cloud accounting can benefit each business, giving individual advice and assistance.
Hayley’s biggest passion lies in assisting clients to succeed, from strategic planning, to being at the end of the phone for support. She cares about her clients and believes providing the right advice and working together with a client is the key to success.

Specialising in the Agriculture & Rural Business sector Joe has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing farming businesses today. He advises clients from small family farms through to larger commercial enterprises on various issues such as diversification projects, business restructuring, succession planning and benchmarking.
His experience within the agricultural sector enables him to offer considered and insightful solutions to sometimes difficult situations.
