Batanayi is a Partner based in the London office.
Batanayi leads the transfer pricing service line at MHA and has over 18 years of transfer pricing experience in the UK across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including financial services, private equity, funds, manufacturing, media and technology, as well as life sciences and telecommunications.
Batanayi helps clients prepare and defend transfer pricing policies and he has a particular focus on resolving transfer pricing disputes involving complex transfer pricing enquiries. This extends to handling MAP proceedings and agreeing APAs, and ATCAs.Get in touch with Batanayi Katongera
Andros joined MacIntyre Hudson in November 1995 as a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has worked as a portfolio manager since September 2000.
As a senior member of the team, Andros has developed the expertise and experience that comes from working on a diverse and varied portfolio, which ranges from large international groups to SMEs. His experience crosses many sectors, with special interest in the property and construction sector. Andros graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics and became a fellow (FCA) in 2005.
In his spare time, Andros has an interest in politics, finance and enjoys travelling and reading.
Sarah manages a large portfolio of clients with an emphasis on Charity & NFP organisations, farming, food and agricultural businesses. Having been brought up on a farm, Sarah is able to appreciate the challenges and complexities involved in running an efficient farming business - knowledge which helps her significantly when dealing with farm accounts, general tax and business advice.
As one of the first members of the firm to achieve the Diploma in Charity Accounting this demonstrates the high level of competency Sarah has achieved within the NFP sector – enabling her to give appropriate advice and guidance. John joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2008 as an audit partner and acts for a variety of corporate clients including companies involved in construction and real estate, financial services (including FCA regulated companies), media and entertainment (including book and music publishers), professional partnerships, and the not-for-profit sector.
He has a number of Technology clients, particularly start-ups and growing companies, advising them on a range of issues. He has also assisted with a number of successful Technology Strategy Board applications for funding.
