Hilary joined MHA Macintyre Hudson in April 2017 as a Senior Manager, having previously been a partner in a Surrey firm. She has 20 years’ experience working with clients spanning the range from small businesses and individuals to international groups, providing audit, accountancy, business services and taxation advice. Her qualifications as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser allow her to provide a broad service to her clients.
Hilary has experience of a varied range of sectors including travel, hospitality, engineering, pharmaceutical, care homes, leasing companies and charities, dealing in both UK and international accounting standards.

Jacqui joined the firm from the then Inland Revenue in 1988 as a Tax Senior. From that date she has gained experience in dealing with all aspects of personal taxation and is now a Senior Manager who is responsible for her own portfolio of clients as well as overseeing the personal tax team in the Birmingham Office.
With over 30 years’ experience in the profession Jacqui has gained a considerable knowledge in dealing with Private Client matters, including Inheritance Tax, Trust and Probate. Jacqui’s client base is varied ranging from High Net worth individuals, members of medical and legal partnerships to sole traders.

Lisa joined the firm in 2008 as business services manager of predominately media and entertainment clients following a merger with MGI Midgley Snelling who she started with in 2004. Lisa's role includes arranging day to day financial management, VAT, management accounts and Limited company accounts for media clients.
Before Lisa joined the firm, she worked 15 years for 3 different accountancy practices which dealt with a whole range of medium to small businesses.

Francis joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Director in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of knowledge and experience of advising clients on a wide range of UK tax matters.
Having graduated from Cambridge University, Francis qualified at a Berkshire based firm before gaining experience at top six accountancy firms. His clients have varied in size from sole traders up to global corporations, with a special interest in corporate transactions and property matters. He uses his knowledge as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser to give his clients clear advice that meets their needs.
