Glen is an experienced tax professional and has been providing his clients with a broad range of advisory services for 20 years. He has advised on clients of all sizes from owner managed businesses to international groups. His expertise centres on corporation tax and all matters that affect entrepreneurial owner managed businesses. He also advises on issues concerning tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Glen also advises non domiciled individuals with regard to their UK tax affairs and regularly provides advice to non UK resident trusts concerning the UK tax implications of providing benefits to UK resident beneficiaries as well as holding UK assets. Much of this work has involved planning to remove residential property from corporate structures after the introduction of the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
His sector specialisms include property, manufacturing and technology, and retail. He is of the view that most companies are missing the opportunity to claim the enhanced tax reliefs available for Research and Development activities without even knowing it.

Belinda joined MHA Macintyre Hudson in 1988 as a trainee and has progressed through to her current role as Audit and Accounts Senior Manager since 1998.
Over the years Belinda has built up considerable experience working with owner managed businesses across many industry sectors, UK subsidiaries of overseas parent companies and also within the education sector.

Claire joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in December 2018 following a merger of her previous firm, which was a Kent based practice of a top 15 firm of accountants.
She has over 20 years’ experience within the accounting industry, predominately working with SMEs. Claire has joined the firm as a Business Service Manager assisting clients with the preparation and review of Financial Statements, Corporation Tax, VAT and payroll.
Additionally, Claire has helped setup and implement internal systems to assist in the financial processes and the overall internal functions of the business to improve efficiency, both within her own firm and on behalf of clients.

Richard is an Account Director at Insurance Services Surrey, appointed by MHA MacIntyre Hudson to look after the insurance needs of SME’s, Corporates, Not-for-Profit entities and Private Clients since 2012. He can be found at the Reading office on a weekly basis.
Richard has a wealth of experience and expertise dealing with corporate and commercial clients having worked for both national and local insurance brokers. He has an extensive network of insurers with whom he is able to place risks. As a client relationship manager, he looks after a broad range of customers from many industries and professions.
