Laurence heads up the firm's award-winning corporate finance lead advisory team. Laurence has also been awarded the CF designation by the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty in recognition of his M&A expertise.
He is well connected in the corporate finance world, having previously been employed for a number of years at one of the "Big 4" firms where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a Member of the Chartered Securities Institute. During this time, Laurence also spent several years working on assignments in Russia and the Middle East, as well as working on private equity deals for over a year as a member of that firm’s London-based Private Equity Team.

Justin acts for a wide range of clients including global businesses, UK subsidiaries of multi-national groups as well as privately owned family businesses. Justin ensures his clients’ personal and business compliance needs are well managed and that future goals and aspirations are at the forefront of strategic planning, which enables clients to get on with running and growing their business. Justin keeps in regular contact to share ideas and to keep clients fully aware of matters related to the audit as well as any industry or legislative issues that may have an impact, to ensure he adds value at all stages.
In addition to providing audit and general business advice, Justin’s specialism is in Corporate Finance, helping clients with fund raisings, acquisitions and disposals, business valuations, share ownership structures and financial due diligence during deals.

Craig qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa with Deloitte and joined their corporate finance team immediately after qualifying. Shortly afterwards, he joined a merchant bank in Johannesburg and was instrumental in a number of JSE listings, as well as advising listed clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and fund raising.
Craig then left to help set up the corporate finance team of a leading empowerment company in South Africa committed to the empowerment of previously disadvantaged women. During this time he advised on IPO's and capital raisings for a number of empowerment companies, as well as on corporate acquisitions and disposals whilst acting as Chief Financial Officer for the company and as a board representative for a number of its investee companies.
In 2007, Craig moved to the UK and has focused on advising SME owner-managers across a broad range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, capital raisings and capital restructurings, valuations and financial modelling.
Craig has been awarded the CF designation by the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW in recognition of his corporate finance experience and expertise and was also shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year for Central and East of England in 2016.

Rob joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance in April 2020 to lead the Transaction Services team. Rob has over 15 years’ transaction consultancy experience, with considerable knowledge in global markets. He specialises in advising mid-market businesses, corporate clients and financial institutions, in their assessment of acquisitions and divestments, as well as assisting organisations on their journey to initial public offering. Rob’s primary focus is on providing financial due diligence services for M&A transactions.
Rob has extensive deal experience across a variety of industry sectors, deal sizes and on a global basis. He has a particular interest in business services, education, healthcare, technology and transport & logistics sectors.
