Since joining MHA MacIntyre Hudson Bedford office in 2006 on the school leaver programme, Mark has gone on to qualify with both AAT and ICAEW with the firm, progressing through the ranks at the same time. Mark now helps oversee our Milton Keynes audit and accounts department. Along the way Mark has built up a vast amount of experience in many sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, property and construction. Mark prides himself on the highest levels of assurance, whilst working efficiently and confidently towards pre arranged timeframes and deadlines with the rest of the assignment team.
Outside of work Mark is a keen runner, including the London Marathon in 2018 and Great North Runs in 2016 and 2017. He also enjoys playing and watching football – with Arsenal being his team of choice.Get in touch with Mark Daniels
Martin has been acting as an Assurance Partner with MHA MacIntyre Hudson since 2002 with his main focus being on advising mid-corporate businesses and their owners on potential development opportunities and growth for their business.
Martin has extensive experience in providing audit, accounting and business advisory services to mid to large privately owned businesses, subsidiaries of foreign parents and AIM listed entities. He has been acting as an Assurance Partner with MHA MacIntyre Hudson since 2002 and during this time has acted as the Firms Audit Compliance Partner. He now holds the position of the Firms Ethics Partner.
As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Martin was engaged by the Institute to mark the exam papers for many years and now holds the position of Technical Expert within the firm.
Martin is a key member of the firm’s technology sector which he is hugely enthusiastic about and has assisted many ‘tech’ clients from initial start up, to fundraising, through to eventual sale, advising every step of the way.

Glyn is a VAT Director based at our Leicester and Birmingham offices. Glyn’s VAT career started with H.M.Customs and Excise in 1989 and he spent seven years in the Department before moving to consultancy.
His specialisms include land & property; the not-for-profit sector, health and agriculture. He is also a part of MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s market leading motor team. He is passionate about making VAT understandable to clients and always aims to seek solutions which work for a business as well as being compliant with the complexities of VAT regulations.
Glyn has an enviable record in VAT litigation and dispute resolution representing clients in Tribunal and Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as instructing barristers in leading VAT cases.

Craig qualified as a chartered accountant in South Africa with Deloitte and joined their corporate finance team immediately after qualifying. Shortly afterwards, he joined a merchant bank in Johannesburg and was instrumental in a number of JSE listings, as well as advising listed clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and fund raising.
Craig then left to help set up the corporate finance team of a leading empowerment company in South Africa committed to the empowerment of previously disadvantaged women. During this time he advised on IPO's and capital raisings for a number of empowerment companies, as well as on corporate acquisitions and disposals whilst acting as Chief Financial Officer for the company and as a board representative for a number of its investee companies.
In 2007, Craig moved to the UK and has focused on advising SME owner-managers across a broad range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, capital raisings and capital restructurings, valuations and financial modelling.
Craig has been awarded the CF designation by the Corporate Finance Faculty of the ICAEW in recognition of his corporate finance experience and expertise and was also shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year for Central and East of England in 2016.
