Edward joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson to lead their London Transaction Services team in 2017, having previously spent two years with RSM and eight years with BDO, including four years on secondment abroad with the BDO Dubai Corporate Finance office.
On returning to the UK in 2013, Edward took a two year break from practice to work as a Finance Director in the TMT and construction consultancy sectors in London, providing him with valuable industry side insight.
With approaching 10 years’ experience, Edward has led local and cross-border due diligence assignments across a broad range of sectors with both corporate and private equity clients. Most recent deal sizes have ranged from £2m to over £100m, with his ongoing focus primarily on £2m - £25m enterprise value target businesses.
Edward qualified as a chartered accountant with BDO in London in 2008 and has a BSc (Joint Hons) in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Bath. Tallat joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2016 having previously been a part of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team at Grant Thornton. He has been advising businesses on exits, fundraisings, acquisitions and buy-outs for over 10 years at firms including EY and RSM.
In addition to his corporate finance advisory experience, Tallat was also a key part of the team at an energy technology venture capital fund that invested in energy businesses globally. He was responsible for deal origination and execution, as well providing hands-on expertise for business growth and expansion at Board level. During this time, he was seconded to Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) to work on buy-outs in the mid-market space.

Matthew joined the MHA MacIntyre Hudson corporate finance team in 2015, having previously spent five years running his own business, which he subsequently sold. This experience as a business owner provided him with useful insight into the day to day demands of running a business, which helps him empathise with and better advise his corporate finance clients.
Prior to running his own business, Matthew worked in the corporate finance transaction services team at Grant Thornton in Manchester. He has also spent numerous years working in corporate recovery teams, leading to his well-rounded experience of both businesses experiencing rapid growth and those which have become distressed due to changing market conditions.
At MHA MacIntyre Hudson Matthew is focused on advising SME owner-managers across a broad range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, capital raisings and capital restructurings, valuations and strategic planning.
Matthew qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton in Manchester in 2008 and has a BSc in Economics from the University of York. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, any sport that involves being outdoors and reading, when not chasing after his kids.
Cameron is a highly experienced Audit Partner who specialises in Corporate Finance at MHA MacIntyre Hudson. He is also a Director of MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance Limited.
Cameron focuses on the Transaction Services and interfaces with his colleagues who specialise in Mergers and Acquisitions. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and has been a Partner with MacIntyre Hudson for more than 20 years; following 14 years experience with PWC and KPMG mainly on due diligence and investigations. He is referred to on all matters concerning Corporate Finance by partners of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Bankers, Solicitors and other firms for whom he advises.
He has broad experience of advising on business strategy and planning. He regularly is involved in business sales, acquisitions, restructuring, re-financings, developments, fundraisings and investigating targets with a view to advising on price and negotiations.
