Rakesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top five firm, gaining experience of large corporate audits and qualifying as a Member of the Institute of Taxation. He devotes much of his time to business advisory work and has a large portfolio of commercial clients. He is also the Managing Partner of the firm's education unit acting for a substantial number of colleges, academies, free schools, and other schools and education bodies.
He acts for a number of Leisure and Hospitality providers and understands the challenges facing the sector. Rakesh is keen to follow the ever changing landscape of Leisure and Hospitality in order to anticipate the needs of his clients.

David joined in December 2018 following the merger of his previous firm, he has joined us as a manager and adds further expertise to our Healthcare team.
He is currently spending an increasing amount of time advising clients with moves on to cloud based software in order to help them find more time to cope with the increasing demands being placed on them by the NHS. David firmly believes that providing clients with this extra time is fundamental to keeping a balanced life.

Martin joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2017 having spent 16 years working in the assurance team of a top 5 firm and having been in the profession for 27 years. Martin deals with a mixed portfolio of clients but has particular sector specialisms in healthcare and professional practices.
In addition to his audit and accounting work Martin has been involved in many other areas of advice such as in the areas of client money accounting and the related regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions particularly in the professional’s space, funding, business structuring and incorporations, benchmarking and so on.
