Mick began his career in insolvency over twenty years ago. After completing his JIEB exams, he obtained his Insolvency License from the Insolvency Practitioners Association and was made a Partner of a specialist firm of insolvency practitioners in 1995, eventually rising to Managing Partner. In October 2008, Mick joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Senior Partner and national head of our Restructuring and recovery division.

Peter is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and has over ten years of experience working in tax, with a focus on expatriate tax and global mobility. Duncan is a specialist Audit and Assurance partner. He joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in 2014 as part of the firm’s regional and sector growth strategy. He was previously an Audit Director at EY, spending more than 15 years at both EY and PwC in London, where he worked with clients ranging from international listed groups to national and local owner-managed enterprises. Before training as an accountant, he was an officer in the British Army.
Duncan works closely with his clients in understanding their objectives and operations. He brings together specialist teams to focus the experience and expertise of the wider firm to help businesses and their owners achieve their aims throughout the corporate lifecycle; from inception, through growth, to exit by succession, IPO or sale.
