James joined MacIntyre Hudson Corporate Finance in the London City office in 2015. He has approaching ten years’ experience in lead advisory M&A and focuses on advising entrepreneurs and management teams to develop and execute strategies to create, preserve, or extract shareholder value for companies in the £1m to £100m value bracket.
James has wide ranging M&A lead advisory deal-making experience across a variety of industry sectors on an international basis, with a particular interest in software and technology, media, healthcare and business services sectors.

Billy joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2021 and is a Chartered Certified Accountant with more than 10 years of accounting experience. He works with a variety of businesses ranging in size and various sectors.

Donna started work as a trainee accountant in 2006, having completed a degree in accounting and finance at the University of Kent. After qualifying in 2011, and following the merger of the partnership she previously worked for, Donna has progressed from Supervisor through to Senior Manager.
She has her own portfolio of clients specialising in small to medium sized owner managed businesses in a range of different industries. She has built up a good rapport with her clients and prides herself on maintaining long standing relationships, having worked with a number of clients for over ten years.
Donna is methodical in her approach and likes to help clients to achieve their goals. Stuart is a Partner in our Not for Profit Centre of Excellence based in our London City office. Stuart oversees a group of 20 individuals who are dedicated to advising and auditing the Not for Profit sector.
Stuart has been auditing Not for Profit organisations for over 15 years, having gained the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in March 2014. During his career he has worked with a range of Not for Profit entities both in terms of size and in terms of activities. He currently acts for a number of our high profile and national Not for Profit clients as well as a number of Further Education institutions.
Stuart is currently a guest lecturer for the ICAEW and has given lectures on Charity Accounting, Governance and Sector Developments. He is also a guest lecturer for CASS business school.
Stuart also specialises in Further Education and has close contact with the ESFA.
