HR Solutions

Sometimes your business isn’t big enough to warrant a full-time HR department. It could be because you’re still small, or because you’re opening a new office and want to test the waters before staffing-up.

We pride ourselves on a diversified HR offering – everything from employment contracts and workplace policies for a small employer new to the UK, all the way to helping large organisations evaluate and change organisational design and improve effectiveness.

Outsourced HR solutions, fit for your needs

Outsourcing your HR needs to specialists gives you access to the knowledge and expertise of senior HR professionals at a fraction of the cost of employing a full-time resource. Our flexibility means you can outsource as little or as much as you like – we can carry out a complex disciplinary investigation, or we can act as your outsourced HR department looking after all aspects of the function. It’s all offered as flexible services to support your business objectives; personalised quotes are provided, tailored to your needs.

Our team has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of HR; we’re accredited by CIPD and the Institute of Paralegals (Employment Law), and authorised by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner.

Best practice and legal compliance

Our team can review and help develop HR policies to support your processes, and help you to keep up with ever-changing employment legislation.

We can provide “transactional” HR support, including:

  • Reviewing and developing HR processes and systems, employment contracts and effective staff handbooks, or job descriptions, job specifications and job roles
  • Supporting employee relations
  • Workplace investigations
  • Designing and implementing performance management systems and appraisal processes
  • Managing any redundancy situations or TUPE transfers
  • Managing recruitment and selection campaigns

Organisation design and development, culture and behaviour

A truly effective organisational culture can create a huge competitive advantage. We support organisations to test their resilience and ensure that values and behaviours align to strategy and services, helping to create a winning culture which provides an environment of engaged staff and focused performance.

We can review the structure of your organisation, identify performance gaps and support new structures as they emerge to meet changing needs. This helps the organisation grow, reduce costs, integrate new services or get ready for a merger. We can also support a focused approach to improving organisational effectiveness through managing and implementing change.

Executive and people development

It takes expertise to guide employees at all levels to become more effective in their roles. We support organisations to identify and develop current leaders, develop the talent pipeline and ensure that the workforce has the right skills now and in the future to fuel high performance and results.
