Grace is an Accounts Assistant Manager who has a number of years experience in accountancy since joining the firm as a school leaver in 2013. Grace qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017.
Since 2018, Grace has worked within our Agriculture team within the Peterborough office, working predominantly on Sarah Dodds’ and Joe Spencer’s portfolio’s.

Adam is keenly focused on the success of the clients that he looks after and gives whatever input is required to help them reach their goals.
Operating from the "full service" Northampton office, he can build a team to support clients needs however diverse or demanding. With a client list growing by direct referral, he is always pleased to build fresh relationships.
His background is predominantly advising owner managers, but also acts for many foreign owned groups. His portfolio has broad sector coverage, including Transport, Engineering, Legal, many of which are fast growing.
Adam provides an outsourced accounting function for a growing number of his clients.

Hayley joined MacIntyre Hudson in 2015 following the merger of her previous firm. She has over 12 years’ experience working with predominately owner-managed businesses, dealing with accountancy and tax.
One of her specialties is in Business Tax Compliance and Advisory, which has developed from the variety of clients she works with.
Additionally, she is part of our Digital Solutions Team and is focused on how technology and, specifically, how cloud accounting can benefit each business, giving individual advice and assistance.
Hayley’s biggest passion lies in assisting clients to succeed, from strategic planning, to being at the end of the phone for support. She cares about her clients and believes providing the right advice and working together with a client is the key to success.

The commercial world plays a major role in Sarah’s life but being married to a farmer and living on a mixed farm, has afforded her the opportunity to understand and appreciate the agricultural sector at first hand. As head of the firm’s Agriculture & Rural Business sector, Sarah has brought her considerable personal agricultural knowledge to this sector, enabling her to develop an insight into farming & agricultural businesses not usually available to other accountancy professionals.
