Donna Dallas

Accounts Manager

Donna started work as a trainee accountant in 2006, having completed a degree in accounting and finance at the University of Kent. After qualifying in 2011,  and following the merger of the partnership she previously worked for, Donna has progressed from supervisor through to accounts manager. 

She  has her own portfolio of clients specialising in small to medium sized owner managed businesses in a range of different industries.  She has built up a good rapport with her clients and prides herself on maintaining long standing relationships, having worked with a number of clients for over ten years.

Donna is methodical in her approach and likes to help clients to achieve their goals.  She provides ongoing financial advice to her clients aiding them to interpret financial information that can influence their strategic development, in addition to general compliance and preparation of quarterly / annual financial statements.

Mark Minus

Partner

Mark has over 30 years experience in the profession providing compliance and business support advice to a diverse portfolio of clients consisting of owner managed businesses ranging from start ups to medium sized groups.  He also acts for a number of charities. 

He has a deep understanding of his clients' affairs and delivers a quality service, ensuring that his clients understand the figures or advice they are presented with. 

His portfolio has a broad sector coverage and Mark is also a member of the firm’s Professional Practices Sector Group having extensive experience in SAR Audits and Regulation for Solicitor clients. 

He is also a member of the firm’s Transport and Logistics Sector Group acting for a range of haulage companies in Kent. 

Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons together with a keen interest in carpentry, architecture and design.  He is also a member of the Folkestone Rugby Club.

Andy Doody

Senior Accounts Manager

Andy joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in January 2010 as a senior manager specialising in accountancy services for owner managed limited companies, partnerships and sole-traders. He oversees a team providing year end company accounts preparation, management accounts, bookkeeping, preparation of VAT returns and any other services that ease the accounting burden on clients  allowing them to concentrate on running their business.

Andy has over 30 years experience within the accountancy profession having trained with a medium sized chartered accountancy firm in Birmingham, followed by roles within the big 4 to 2 partner firms, gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of accounting for non audit clients, and working within sectors from manufacturing, property and legal. He also specialises in providing accountancy services for UK based subsidiaries of overseas entities operating from such countries as USA, Portugal and Netherlands.

Outside of work he enjoys foreign holidays, fine wine and decorating.

Rebecca Hughes

Partner

Rebecca has a wide ranging portfolio of clients and enjoys advising on a variety of matters affecting businesses. 

She works with both foreign and UK owned companies, from start-up businesses to large groups. 

As well as working with commercial clients, she is a member of the Not for Profit team and works with many academies and other charitable organisations.

Outside of work, Rebecca spends most of her time with her young family.
