Paul joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020 as part of the merger with Keens Shay Keens MK.
Paul trained and qualified with Ernst and Whinney (now Young) in the City of London, he joined Keens Shay Keens in 1981, and since then has maintained his expertise on the larger audit clients and in the area of corporate finance. Paul has a wide range of business clients, including many privately-owned companies, both local and international.
Paul is also actively involved in leadership roles within the business community of Milton Keynes. He is the Chairman of Willen Hospice and serves on the Board of Amazing CMK BID (Central Milton Keynes Business Improvement District). Batanayi is a Partner based in the London office.
Batanayi leads the transfer pricing service line at MHA and has over 18 years of transfer pricing experience in the UK across a broad spectrum of industry sectors including financial services, private equity, funds, manufacturing, media and technology, as well as life sciences and telecommunications.

Weronika is a scientist and engineer by background graduated from one of the Top 5 UK Universities. Her previous experience includes optimisation of oil & gas extraction and recovery, resolution of art forgery cases, organic synthesis for medical purposes, materials engineering. Alastair Kendrick is well known within the tax world. He spent 20 years in the inland revenue and, whilst an Inspector of Taxes, was involved in all aspects of tax compliance. He left the inland revenue in 1989 and spent 16 years in the big 4 (KPMG and Ernst & Young) before becoming a partner in a smaller tax practice. In 2009 Alastair joined Mazars with joint responsibility for the employer compliance team.
He is considered a leading expert on all aspects of employment tax and is also heavily involved on company car taxation. Alastair advises employers on a wide range of issues from dealing with an employer compliance reviews to helping to introduce flexible benefit/salary sacrifice arrangements. He helps employers consider their company car policy and the level of any cash alternative on a uk and pan European basis.
He was part of the working party on the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) and was recently involved in representing a number of clients on appeals over the loss of their gross status and for claims against contractors for tax when incorrectly applying for CIS. These appeals have been heard at the first tier tax tribunal.
Alastair is a frequent writer and broadcaster on tax related issues. He is the author of the chapter on Employment Income in the latest edition of the HMRC Investigations Handbook 2014/15 published by Bloomsbury Professional. He has also written the chapter on company car taxation in the book 'Managing Your Company Car'.
