Hayley joined MacIntyre Hudson in 2015 following the merger of her previous firm. She has over 15 years’ experience working with a variety of businesses, dealing with accountancy, tax and advisory.
In February 2022 she joined our Healthcare Team, bringing with her extensive experiences of tax and business development.
She is one of the National members of our Making Tax Digital Team and will be responsible for assisting both clients and our teams to understand their obligations and putting them into practice. With this issue being so prominent for the Healthcare sector, Hayley is well placed to advise her clients and make the transition as seamless as possible.
Additionally, she is part of our Digital Solutions Team and is focused on how technology and, specifically, how cloud accounting can benefit each business, giving individual advice and assistance.

Alison was appointed as one of our Tax Partner's in the summer of 2016 and advises clients of both the London City office and Chelmsford.
After training with a big four firm of accountants, Alison specialised in international tax before being made a partner with BDO, going on to lead its Southern region tax team. She returned to the big four as a partner before becoming a director of a specialist tax and business advisory firm focussing on entrepreneurial clients.
Over her career, Alison has advised corporate clients of all sizes across many business sectors, but she has particularly strong experience in the retail space.
Alison has also been involved in multiple transactions and deals, where her focus is on ensuring that the tax strategy matches the needs of the company and its shareholders.

Adam started in tax in 2008 with Mercer & Hole before spending 8 years with Grant Thornton progressing up to Manager from 2015.

Francis joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Director in June 2018 bringing with him over 20 years of knowledge and experience of advising clients on a wide range of UK tax matters.
Having graduated from Cambridge University, Francis qualified at a Berkshire based firm before gaining experience at top six accountancy firms. His clients have varied in size from sole traders up to global corporations, with a special interest in corporate transactions and property matters.
