Glen is an experienced tax professional and has been providing his clients with a broad range of advisory services for 20 years. He has advised on clients of all sizes from owner managed businesses to international groups. His expertise centres on corporation tax and all matters that affect entrepreneurial owner managed businesses. He also advises on issues concerning tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Glen also advises non domiciled individuals with regard to their UK tax affairs and regularly provides advice to non UK resident trusts concerning the UK tax implications of providing benefits to UK resident beneficiaries as well as holding UK assets. Much of this work has involved planning to remove residential property from corporate structures after the introduction of the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
His sector specialisms include property, manufacturing and technology, and retail. He is of the view that most companies are missing the opportunity to claim the enhanced tax reliefs available for Research and Development activities without even knowing it.

Mark joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson as a Partner in January 2020 as part of the merger with Keens Shay Keens MK.
He specialises in general practice work, focusing on providing business and taxation advice to limited companies and professional partnerships (in particular, medical practitioners) of all sizes.
He is also involved in litigation support and forensic accounting work providing valuation and report services.
As a keen aviation historian he has a particular client interest and specialism within the aviation business sector.

David joined in 2010 when his firm “Coppards” merged with MHA MacIntyre Hudson and he advises individuals and businesses involved in all aspects of the Media & Entertainment industry. Originally studied for a career in engineering, David obtained a First Class Honours degree but decided to expand his opportunities and trained to become a chartered accountant. After qualification he moved to Price Waterhouse and found his vocation when he joined the team managing ex-Beatle George Harrison and HandMade Films. Established his own Media & Entertainment practice in the 1980’s and has the privilege of working for some of the most talented and successful individuals in the business.

Angus has over 15 years of tax experience and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson in January 2013 following the merger with HMT Assurance LLP.
He joined HMT in 2007 having previously spent 7 years with KPMG in both tax and audit.
Angus has significant experience managing the tax reporting and compliance cycles of owner managed businesses, private equity backed businesses, inbound and public listed companies.
In addition, Angus advises on all corporate tax matters including transfer pricing, R&D and group restructuring.
Angus is also a school Governor and enjoys sculling at his local rowing club.
